The CA/Browser Forum approved one of the most significant changes of the last decade for digital certificate management: the progressive reduction of their validity until it reaches 47 days in 2029, with 2026 as the operational starting point. This structural change forces organizations to immediately review how they manage their security infrastructure, since the traditional model of manual tracking has become completely obsolete given the renewal frequency the market now demands.
