BOLSACER
Electronic signature for agricultural contracts with multiple parties in Entre Ríos
BOLSACER adopted SecureDoc to streamline the signing of agricultural contracts involving multiple parties located in different localities across the province.
Challenge El desafío
Grain market operations in Entre Ríos involve parties that are frequently located in different localities across the province and region. The need for in-person signatures on contracts involving brokers, producers and buyers in different locations generated significant delays and logistical costs. BOLSACER sought a solution that would allow completing signature flows without the need for physical travel.
Solution La solución
BOLSACER implemented SecureDoc, which allows all parties to sign from anywhere with internet access. The platform manages the signature order, sends notifications to each participant at the indicated time and records each intervention with identity data and timestamp. This eliminated the need for in-person meetings for contract signing, allowing operations to close in less time regardless of each party's location.
Results Resultados
The implementation of SecureDoc enabled BOLSACER to:
- Elimination of travel for in-person contract signing.
- Reduction in operation closing time between parties in different localities.
- Complete and traceable record of each signature with identity data and timestamp.
- Reduction of logistical costs associated with physical document circulation.
- Greater operational agility for the Entre Ríos grain market.
