Corporations, general partnerships, unincorporated associations, government agencies and sole proprietorships may apply if they have a valid license, charter or equivalent verifiable through that registration agency.<\/p>\n<p>The requesting organization may not be located in a country or be part of an industry identified on a government prohibited list. and<\/li>\n<li>The entity is not listed on any government denial list or prohibited list (e.g., trade embargo) under the laws of the CA\u2019s jurisdiction.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-tab-title elementor-tab-mobile-title\" aria-selected=\"false\" data-tab=\"2\" role=\"tab\" tabindex=\"-1\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-1672\" aria-expanded=\"false\">Government Entities<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-1672\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"2\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-1672\" tabindex=\"0\" hidden=\"hidden\"><p>An Applicant qualifies as a Government Entity if:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The entity\u2019s legal existence was established by the political subdivision in which the entity operates;<\/li>\n<li>The entity is not in any country where the CA is prohibited from doing business or issuing a certificate by the laws of the CA\u2019s jurisdiction; and<\/li>\n<li>The entity is not listed on any government denial list or prohibited list (e.g., trade embargo) under the laws of the CA\u2019s jurisdiction.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-tab-title elementor-tab-mobile-title\" aria-selected=\"false\" data-tab=\"3\" role=\"tab\" tabindex=\"-1\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-1673\" aria-expanded=\"false\">Business Entities<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-1673\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"3\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-1673\" tabindex=\"0\" hidden=\"hidden\"><p>An Applicant qualifies as a Business Entity if:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The entity is a legally recognized entity that filed certain forms with a Registration Agency in its jurisdiction, the Registration Agency issued or approved the entity\u2019s charter, certificate, or license, and the entity\u2019s existence can be verified with that Registration Agency;<\/li>\n<li>The entity has a verifiable physical existence and business presence;<\/li>\n<li>At least one Principal Individual associated with the entity is identified and validated by the CA;<\/li>\n<li>The identified Principal Individual attests to the representations made in the Subscriber Agreement;<\/li>\n<li>The CA verifies the entity\u2019s use of any assumed name used to represent the entity pursuant to the requirements in the Extended Validation Guidelines (EVG);<\/li>\n<li>The entity and the identified Principal Individual associated with the entity are not located or residing in any country where the CA is prohibited from doing business or issuing a certificate by the laws of the CA\u2019s jurisdiction; and<\/li>\n<li>The entity and the identified Principal Individual associated with the entity are not listed on any government denial list or prohibited list (e.g., trade embargo) under the laws of the CA\u2019s jurisdiction.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-tab-title elementor-tab-mobile-title\" aria-selected=\"false\" data-tab=\"4\" role=\"tab\" tabindex=\"-1\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-1674\" aria-expanded=\"false\">Non-Commercial Entities<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-1674\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"4\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-1674\" tabindex=\"0\" hidden=\"hidden\"><p>An Applicant qualifies as a Non-Commercial Entity if:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The applicant is an International Organization Entity, created by virtue of a charter, treaty, agreement or equivalent instrument that was signed by, or on behalf of, the government of more than one country.
